Monday: The Dragon Murder Case (1934)

One of the guests is Dale. He is a family friend and ex boyfriend of Bernice. Bernice also seems to still have feelings for him. Near the end of the first night most of the guests decide to go swimming in the natural made pool in the backyard. Monty is the first to jump in followed by Dale and another guest. Dale and the other guest come back, but Monty is no where to be seen. They search all over the pool looking for him. Dale ends up calling the police. The police search for him and question everyone. They learn from Bernice's crazy grandma that there is a legend about the pool. It is called the Dragon Pool because a dragon lives near it and is often swimming in the pool. Her grandma believes it was the dragon who took Monty and probably killed him. When they drain the pool they find dragon footprints. They find Monty's body far from the pool in a hole. The police aren't sure what to believe. I thought this movie was alright.
