Saturday: Sorry, Baby (2025) Agnes is a young woman living in small college town. A traumatic event took place while she was in grad school. She struggles to move on. Everyone else has moved on like nothing happened. As time goes by she gets a job at the college and starts to see someone. Still it takes time for her to move on. I thought this movie was alright. It has a lot of awkward moments. The writing is unusual. Sunday: Double Feature- Sentimental Value (2025) and Bonus Track (2023) Sentimental Value is a Norwegian film. Nora is an actress. Her father, Gustav, is a well known film director. When she was little her parents got a divorce. She didn't see much of her dad after that. Later when she is an adult her mom passes away. Gustav comes back into their lives. He still owns the family home and wants to shoot a movie there. He wants Nora to star in it. She refuses. Gustav ends up running into an American act...
As cheesy as it sounds movies are my passion. They are my obsession. I watch a little of everything. I should have started this blog a long time ago. I have already seen so many of the classics. I also love trying new restaurants. The list on my phone is growing longer and I have not been to any of them. So this blog is going to be about working through that list and the movies I watch.
